Mandarin Orange Cake (GF)

Leave space above the icing to protect it, and bring refrigerated slices to room temperature before serving. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then foil, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator while still wrapped.
