Bubbi's Bakery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bubbisbakery.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us directly. When you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information (processed by our payment provider, Stripe).
- Order and account information. Details about products you purchase, delivery preferences, and account activity.
- Automatically collected information. Your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies only if you consent (see Cookies & Analytics below).
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your orders.
- To communicate with you about your orders, account, or inquiries.
- To send newsletters and marketing messages (only if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it (only with your consent).

- Stripe for payment processing.
- Resend for transactional and newsletter emails.
- Vercel for website hosting and performance analytics.
- Google Analytics for traffic measurement (with your consent).

Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and meet legal and tax obligations. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
